Gadgets, sensors and monitors are sort of like the tests we used to take in high school.



Sure they're packaged differently (cool watches, nifty belt-gadgets, shoe-thinga-ma-bobs), but they do the same thing our tests did....They report the score. Some report it in miles or steps walked.  Others in calories eaten, yards swum, cadence reached, altitude climbed....

 

But what really helps us when we don't want to count anymore?
